note that Movepix is a web-wide video search company � our search engine
finds videos that are hosted on sites across the web and makes them easy
to find for our users. (Much as Google does for web pages.) Movepix does
not host videos � we link to videos that are already hosted on other
websites. If it appears that videos are being played directly on Movepix , it is typically because our system has detected video embedding
capability and has thus embedded the videos. Having a video listing
removed from Movepix does not remove the actual source video from the 3rd
party site.

If you believe that content accessible through the Movepix website
infringes your copyright:

* We suggest that you contact the website that is hosting the video
and have it removed from that site. Once the video removed from the
host site, our search engine will reflect that unavailability shortly
thereafter.
* Alternatively, please send written communication containing the
following information to the Copyright Agent below. Please note that we
may post your notification, with personally identifiable information
redacted, to a clearinghouse such as chillingeffects.org. Please also
note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys�
fees) if you materially misrepresent that a video is infringing your
copyright.
o A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on
behalf of the copyright owner.
o Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been
infringed, or, for multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of
the works.
o Identification of the material that you claim to be infringing and
information reasonably sufficient to permit Movepix to locate the
material. This information should include the complete unique URL
associated with each video (ex: http://movepix.com/watch-number-four-movie-online/ ,  http://movepix.com/watch-the-eagle-movie-online/). This URL detail is necessary as many
pages contain multiple links and we must avoid deleting authorized
links in error.
o Your address, telephone number, and email address.
o A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the
material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright
owner, its agent, or the law.
o A statement that the information in the notification is accurate,
and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or
authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998
(�DMCA�), it is Movepix�s policy to respond expeditiously to claims of
copyright infringement. Movepix will promptly process and investigate
notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under
the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt
of notices complying or substantially complying with the DMCA, Movepix may remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or
activity that is claimed to be infringing.
